CyQuest Business Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2006 by DeVan C. Brown, a veteran human resources expert with more than two decades of experience in the field. Our business philosophy is simple. We view our clients as partners, and we focus on providing excellent service, always maintaining impeccable integrity and looking out for our clients’ best interests. This focus on quality and professionalism enables us to establish and maintain long term relationships with our valued partners because they know they can trust us implicitly. We give our employees the tools and support they need, then we empower them to act in the best interests of our clients.
Our newest employees go through a highly-structured training program to ensure that they understand the way we do business, and all employees receive quarterly training updates to be certain they are armed with the latest information and that their skills remain sharp. President and CEO DeVan Brown is a hands-on executive who believes that the company’s success is entirely dependent upon the success of the clients who trust us with their human resources needs.
